30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must submit photo documentation of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Please email photos to xadencraftss@gmail.com along with your order number. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders and items that have been installed or modified are not eligible for return.
